The shop: Marty's Market in The Strip

The skinny: New chef Matt Huggins, former sous chef at Spoon, was inspired by the produce at Marty's Market to create the ham banh mi, which includes honey ham, black radish, jalapenos, cucumbers, pickled carrots and a garlic sesame aioli with cilantro garnish on ciabatta from Allegro Hearth Bakery. Patrons can choose from beet/turnip/potato root chips or a side salad for $8. Vegetarians can enjoy a tofu variation.
