What’s dishing on the blogs: Cheers & Happy New Year!

Written by Dana Cizmas on

Here's what's dishing this week on the blogs we follow:

At Simply Romanesco, I'm sipping Hot Mulled Wine to celebrate the winter holidays and to warm up on these cold and snowy days. So warm and comforting! But it appears that I'm not the only one embracing holiday drinks.

Michelle, the Brown Eyed Baker, is thoroughly enjoying a spiked White Chocolate Steamer. Who could turn that down on New Year's morning... or anytime? I definitely couldn't.

And Chef Chuck offers us a twist on the regular martini on the Pittsburgh Hot PlatePeppermint Martini. Just perfect for the holidays!

On the food spectrum, Culinary Cory made some tasty Baked Eggnog French Toast with a Bourbon Glaze. Bourbon makes everything taste better!

Finally, the girls from eatPGH baked some super easy Nutella muffins and had a quick lunch at Noodlehead in Shadyside that turned out to be good and filling.

Happy New Year everyone and see you here next week!
